I just got back home to Miami, wow feels good to be home.

I will actually be here for a month for the holidays and some business as well.  Not bad going back and forth from LA to Miami huh….I have been so blessed this year with amazing people in my life, a business that is booming, and a learning process on the evolution of self that is worth more then any Ivy league education.

I started this blog to talk about things I find interesting in all subjects from business to self evoultion.

The best advice I can give you through this blog, is to work on your self every single day. Cut back on the TV, the partying, all the things that distract us from really getting to reflect on our self and where we are in the present moment of time. Not saying you have to become a monk or anything like that, just ask yourself where most of your time is being spent…reflect for a second.

I would highly recommend studying the Graves model, and to start paying attention to Ken Wilber, who most say is the smartest man in the world including President Bill Clinton.  When I looked into this myself, it was like I was in the movie the Matrix and I ended up taking the red pill ….seen here  – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hhymzx6ovfQ
