CLOSING COST  ASSISTANCE

Grant sized up to 5% of the loan amount with FICO score requirement from 640 and up and not exceed the maximum debt-to-income ratio of 45%. 

NON-REPAYABLE  GRANT

The grant is not a second mortgage and does not create a lien against the property and can be used towards down payment and/or closing costs.

BORROWER REQUIREMENTS

First time and non-first time homebuy

 

All borrowers must occupy the property as their primary residence within 60 days of closing

 

Homebuyer education is not required

Borrower may own another property at close of escrow.
